Off the Plan
Our team is quick and efficient to review your completed plans, we create a budget and then provide accurate pricing then through to lodging all documentation into your local Council.
Once approved, all systems and trades are ready to be onsite.
Interior Design
Are you overwhelmed with choice and don’t know where to start? In doubt and think you have no sense of style? Or you have selected your finishes selected, but still need reassurance?
We recommend using an interior designer service will assist you and ensure your vision is clear and on point.
Our team will work with you on both levels. We align our project co-ordination with your selections or will collaborate with this outsourced service to ensure your project runs smooth, on time and of course to exceptional quality.
Building Design & Drafting
If off the plan isn’t for you, we recommend you take the time to visualise your house to suit preferred functionality and your lifestyle.
We outsource, to some of the Perth’s leading building designers, to complete the quality design and drafting.
To assist with the initial stages of planning of your project, we suggest you gather your ideas and inspiration images. With a clear vision the collaboration between you and our project team is all the more enjoyable and exciting.
